本标准于1995年首次发布。
本标准代替GB/T 15587-1995《工业企业能源管理导则》。
本标准规定了工业企业建立能源管理系统，实施能源管理的一般要求。
本标准适用于新建、扩建、既有工业企业能源管理。
本标准与GB/T 15587-1995相比，主要变化如下：
———增加了“能源规划及设计管理”（第4章）；
———增加了“能源计量检测”（第9章）；
———合并了原标准“能源管理系统”（第3章）和“检查和评价”（第10章），并补充完善为“管理”（第3章）。

【摘要】:Thisclassificationcontainspairsofscalesforclassifyinganaspectoftheserviceabilityofanofficefacility,thatis,thecapabilityofanofficefacilitytomeetcertainpossiblerequirementsforoperationsandmaintenance.Withinthataspectofserviceability,eachpairofscales,showninFigs.1through4,areforclassifyingonetopicofserviceability.EachparagraphinanOccupantRequirementScale(seeFigs.1through4)summarizesonelevelofserviceabilityonthattopic,whichoccupantsmightrequire.ThematchingentryintheFacilityRatingScale(seeFigs.1through4)isatranslationoftherequirementintoadescriptionofcertainfeaturesofafacilitywhich,takenincombination,indicatethatthefacilityislikelytomeetthatlevelofrequiredserviceability.TheentriesintheFacilityRatingScale(seeFigs.1through4)areindicativeandnotcomprehensive.Theyareforquickscanningandratingafacilityandnotforevaluatingordiagnosingit.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofanexistingfacility.Itcanalsobeusedtoestimatetheserviceabilityofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,suchasoneforwhichsingle-linedrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.Thisclassificationindicateswhatwouldcauseafacilitytoberatedatacertainlevelofserviceabilitybutdoesnotstatehowtoconductaserviceabilityratingnorhowtoassignaserviceabilityscore.ThatinformationisfoundinPracticeE1334.ThescalesinthisclassificationarecomplimentarytoandcompatiblewithPracticeE1334.Eachrequirestheother.
