【摘要】:ThispartofISO9276specifiesmethodsfortheadjustmentofanexperimentalcurvetoareferencemodelwithrespecttoastatisticalbackground.Furthermore,theevaluationoftheresidualdeviations,aftertheadjustment,isalsospecified.Thereferencemodelcanalsoserveasatargetsizedistributionformaintainingproductquality.ThispartofISO9276specifiesproceduresthatareapplicabletothefollowingreferencemodels:a)normaldistribution(Laplace-Gauss):powdersobtainedbyprecipitation,condensationornaturalproducts(pollens);b)log-normaldistribution(GaltonMacAlister):powdersobtainedbygrindingorcrushing;c)Gates-Gaudin-Schuhmanndistribution(bilogarithmic):analysisoftheextremevaluesofthefineparticledistributions;d)Rosin-Rammlerdistribution:analysisoftheextremevaluesofthecoarseparticledistributions;e)anyothermodelorcombinationofmodels,ifanon-linearfitmethodisused(seebimodalexampleinAnnexC).ThispartofISO9276cansubstantiallysupportproductqualityassuranceorprocessoptimizationrelatedtoparticlesizedistributionanalysis.
