【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsofinsulatingsyntheticropeassembliesandisapplicabletoelectrictractionoverheadcontactlinesforrailways,lightrailways,tramways,trolleybusesandothersystems.Theseinsulatingsyntheticropesareutilisedtoprovidemechanicalsupportandelectricalisolationforoverheadcontactlines.Theyaregenerallyusedinthefollowingapplicationfields:—deltasuspensionofcontactwires,—catenarycable,—midpointanchoring,—tie,—dropper,—headspan,—noiseandvibrationdamper.Itisarequirementthatthewholeoftheprovisionscontainedinthisstandardbeappliedwheninsulatingsyntheticropesaretobeusedinoverheadcontactlines.Thestandardestablishestheproductcharacteristics,thetestmethods,checkingprocedurestobeusedwiththeinsulatingsyntheticropes,togetherwiththeorderinganddeliveryrequirements.Deviationsfromtherequirementsofthisstandardarepermittedwhenthesoundnessofsuchdeviationscanbesubstantiatedoradditionaldocumentationtoimprovedesigncontrolproceduresisdesirable.Additionaltestsmaybespecifiedbythepurchasertomeasurethecomplianceoftheinsulatingsyntheticropeunderparticularoperatingconditions.Theobjectofthisstandardistostipulatetheprovisionsforthedesignandtoallowtheprovisionsoftheserviceindicatedbythesuppliertothepurchaserorinformedbuyer.
